Job Requirements
• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc
• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
Requirements :
• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
• Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative
• Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage
• Possess right attitude to learn and support
• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
• Training will be provided
