Job Description:
1) Managing daily production output and meet the delivery schedule
2) Shop floor planning
3) Responsible for the allocation of resource for production lines, including manpower, equipment and materials
4) Responsible for staff scheduling, including Work assignments/Rotations, employee training and overtime assignment
5) Troubleshooting and promptly feedback to superior
6) Propose kaizen suggestions, optimize production line, promote efficiency, and reduce scrap and costs
7) Supervise assemblers and Team Leaders, Motivate, coach, and support the team in meeting the expectations
Requirements:
1) With 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a printing manufacturing environment
2) Good communication and leadership skills
3) Good team player and interpersonal skills
