Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.
- To liaise with Project team on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.
- To prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- To have good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.
- To handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.
- To monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved.
- To manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, clients and stakeholders.
- Detailed Engineering knowledge with design and Engineering experience.
- Detailed knowledge of Singapore code of Practices, regulations and specifications for the construction industry.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in BIM Management with at least 5 years experience in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural or in a related field
· At least 5 years of working experience in large scale infrastructure projects
· Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
· Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
· Willing to travel to Tuas Nexus Drive work site ( Transport provided. Pick up at Boon Lay MRT)
