Job Responsibilities:
- Introducing and selling of Apple and 3rd party products to customers
- Provide basic product troubleshooting and advice to customers
- Providing excellent service to our customers
- Maintaining adequate inventory in store
- Ensure overall cleanliness of store and storeroom
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N levels, preferably with 1 year of I.T. sales experience
- Applicants with no prior sales experience are also welcomed as training will be provided
- Possess knowledge of Apple products/software or related I.T. products
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Team player
- Customer focused mindset
- Dark brown or black hair (Tidy and neat)
- No nail colours, neat and short
- At least black covered shoes
