Job Responsibilities
- Efficient and effective Scheduling/ Rostering of Sessions for all the Therapists.
- Sales experience: Answering enquiries and converting to paying clients
- Manage Walk-ins, Emails and Phone Enquiries.
- Follow Up with Therapy Sessions
- Finance Matters, Invoicing and receipts.
- Managing of Therapy Materials
- Coordinating and attending Weekly Meetings, taking minutes.
- Organizing and categorizing of paperwork, documents and computer- based information.
- Manage stocks inventory
- Assisting in Event Management and organizing workshops/ seminars.
- House Keeping making sure the cleanliness and upkeep of the Centre.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidates need to have experience, efficient and effective in Scheduling/ Rostering of Sessions for all the Therapists.

- Customer Service Oriented
- Able to be independent to run the Centre/ Clinic.
