Job Responsibilities:
I) Data Management and Analysis
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data from various sources
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (eg, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manipulate and analyze data effectively
- Financial Reporting: Support the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Create and maintain financial dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends
II) Automation of Processes:
- Identify repetitive tasks and processes suitable for automation within the finance department
- Develop and implement Excel-based automation solutions to streamline data entry, reporting, and analysis
III) Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving financial processes and reporting
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in using advanced functions and automation tools
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
