Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time
- Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards as well as workflow in accordance to company standards.
- Support Project Team in managing RFI as well as making presentations with BIM-Model and other related activities.
- Ensure accuracy of documents based on BIM Modelling.
- To comply with BIM manager Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Print drawings for production and participate in reviews.
- Create presentation slides, documents related to BIM.
- Communicate with the team, troubleshoot and deliver models on time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit
- Min 3-5 years’ experiences in construction industry
- Basic construction knowledge with the ability to understand building design drawings
- Must have Autodesk Revit software experience
- Understanding of Architectural shop drawings (Wall Setting Out plan, RCP, Roombook)
- Preferably experience of Hospital and/or Healthcare project in Singapore
- Preferably experience in AuotoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX and any other BIM software experiences
