We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Salesforce, developing custom solutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our business processes. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement custom applications and solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows and workflows to improve user experience and business processes.
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Oversee development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools like Trello and Microsoft Teams to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the overall Salesforce strategy to align with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-15 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, with a solid understanding of both roles.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, especially with Flows and workflows.
- Strong coding skills in Apex and experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly GitHub for version control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
