Your responsibilities include:
- Develop concept and schematic design.
- Design development and tender drawings that will include detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
- Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to tendering package.
- Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline and budget.
- Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues.
- Able to present to clients on design at various stages of project.
What you will need:
- Enthusiastic individuals passionate about design.
- Good team player with ability to work both independently and team-based environment.
- Have an excellent design flair, with a good eye for FF&E and interior detailing.
- A recognised relevant university diploma / degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 0 - 2 years’ experience in Interior Design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects.
- Excellent portfolio of hospitality, public spaces, commercial spaces and office interior design.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Indesign and Revit skills will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with local building codes will be an advantage.
