Fill up proper documentations before start of work
Conduct safety briefing and toolbox meeting daily/weekly/monthly safety briefing
Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance
Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations
Administer WSH policies and facilitate compliance with safety procedures and WSH legal requirements
Promote and develop company level safety culture
Maintain and ensure adherence of safety manuals and procedures
Establish and maintain proper housekeeping rules across sites
Monitor and inspect work operations ensuring that safety sop are carried out accordingly
