Human Resources Specialist
Our client, a Christian organisation is seeking for a dynamic HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team.
This role encompasses staff attraction, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, learning and development, and HRIS management. You will engage with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative and relational flexible work culture.
- Drive recruitment processes to address staffing needs and manage vendor relationships.
- Administer staffing processes including onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll, annual tax submissions, and government-related claims.
- Manage benefits administration related to leave, claims, and medical insurances.
- Facilitate the annual staff development review process and coach supervisors.
- Develop and deliver learning & development programs to enhance staff growth.
- Maintain the HR system ensuring data accuracy and online process implementation.
- Support HR projects focusing on staff well-being and continuous improvement.
- Manage the SharePoint HR site with regular updates for effective staff communication.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries from staff.
- Continuously seek to improve HR processes for greater efficiency.
- Organize company-wide staff events.
- Provide additional administrative support for HR as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including HR systems proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, IRAS, and CPF Act.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and Canva.
