Experience with Sales in Marine Engines or Spare Parts will be a plus.
Role:
- Drive organic business growth by generating revenue from both new and existing customers and markets. Oversee and manage all direct sales channels and the bidding activities required for those channels.
- Develop a sales plan aimed at achieving revenue retention, growth, and securing new business within a personal customer portfolio or sector. Meet or exceed personal sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
- Create and implement client relationship management plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations. Facilitate effective communication, enhance customer value, and address any issues.
- Set clear goals for each sales call or meeting. Customize standard materials to deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers and influencers. Ask targeted questions to gather insights, assess customer interest, and address areas needing further explanation.
- Build a professional network within the business sector and represent the company in interactions with customers and at industry events. Gather market intelligence and enhance the company’s visibility and reputation for its services.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in marine sales or similar industries.
- Strong familiarity with and established networks within the marine industry.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and engage comfortably with diverse groups of people.
- Earns the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore market, with practical experience to help expand the market presence.
