Job Description
- To drive maintenance activities to maintain high efficiency of the equipment and minimise machine downtime as per KPI.
- To lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine delays especially on mechanical faults.
- To develop and implement maintenance plans on all equipment to minimise downtime.
- To monitor cost as per KPI, maintain inventory of spares, liase with vendors and partners and to coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
- To develop, plan and implement automation projects to improve machine safety, reduce human intervention and maximise productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent studies
- Minimum 2 years in the maintenance field
- Experienced in automation, mechanical & electrical maintenance in a manufactoring environment
- Safety conscious
- Able to work in a hot and dusty environment
