Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive, helpful, and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers with appointment bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Stay well-versed and updated on shop monthly promotions, ensuring that all information provided to customers is precise and accurate.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, going the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
- Support shop administrative tasks, including handling bookings, inquiries, follow-up with customer, records, data entry, filing, and other related duties.
- Assist with cashiering, payments, and managing and any other transactions.
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Able to converse well in English.
- Good verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- 2 off day per week. (1 weekday & 1 weekend off)
- Able to start work immediately.
