Job Description
- Identify, target and acquire new HNW/UHNWI clients
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and wallet-share growth.
- Offer bespoke investment strategies, estate planning, structured products and lending solutions
- Collaborate with product specialists (e.g. treasury, investment and insurance) to meet diverse client needs
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering personalised services and timely financial insights
- Anticipate and address client needs, ensuring exceptional service quality and trust
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure adherence to risk guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with financial regulations and ensure compliance across all interactions
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10 years in private banking, wealth management or financial advisory roles
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios
- Strong understanding of investment products, market trends and financial planning
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Proactive and solution-oriented with high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA, CFP, CACS) are an advantage
