We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure profitability, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is both a leader and a team player, capable of driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily roll calls to promote operational efficiency, including cleanliness, accurate food order taking, customer service, and promotions.
- Set and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, service, and food quality to inspire teamwork and achieve collective goals.
- Manage restaurant operations efficiently across all shifts, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen on guest requirements.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant budgets, stock levels, and supplies of food, utensils, and cutlery.
- Address customer compliments and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on manpower and sales.
- Propose improvements to restaurant operations and strategies for increasing sales and reducing costs.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including guest reports, staff schedules, operations reports, and other paperwork.
- Maintain strong communication with other departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with recruitment and provide induction and on-the-job training for new and promoted staff.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals, ensuring fair rewards and corrective actions.
- Prioritize staff development through mandatory training, including Basic Food Hygiene and Safety.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
