- Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
- Responsible for filling hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and mixing and filling chemical polishers, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
- Executes all assigned production tasks, including but not limited to container preparation, inspection, washing, loading and palletizing from conveyors, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material receiving and handling, and barcode generation and printing.
- Adheres to QMS, EMS, and OHS procedures at all times.
- Monitors process parameters, records data on check sheets, and ensures readings are within the prescribed operational range.
- Operates and utilizes handheld equipment required for operational activities.
- Proficient in performing NAV operations.
- Capable of conducting basic maintenance work.
- Participates in process and line improvement initiatives.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Strictly follows safety regulations and wears appropriate PPE during all tasks.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures and maintains line discipline.
- Performs any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
