• To interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
• To perform machine code programming with 3D modelling with Fanuc .
• To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
• Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
• Good proficiency in CNC/ CAD CAM Programming.
• Hands on experience in Mastercam
• Having similar experience in Precision parts programming
• Well versed in CADCAM, preferrence in Mastercam 2D and 3D programming
• Has experience in using DelCam
• Preferably CNC Milling/Turning Machine background
• Review existing processes and establish the best machining processes.
• Identify problems in the production processes and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Able to work together with workers engaged in production process to make sure the productions runs smoothly, produce the right part, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
• Assist with costing and quotation process
