Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities and progress independently
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
- Ensure work is implemented in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
- Ensure the quality of work
- Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager ,Attend project meetings
- Prepare daily & monthly progress report and work schedule
- Ensure all work activities are conducted safely Oversee quality control and health matters on site.
- Prepare progress reports and attend all required meetings or briefings with Top management.
- Work with the QS team to document any changes or deviations from the original plans and specifications.
- Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
Job Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Have knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals and method statements
- Able to understand the drawings and scope of works
- Can work independently
