Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Supervision:
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and smooth functionality.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure guests receive excellent service, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for customers, enhancing their overall experience.
• Operational Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary, ensuring stock consistency.
• Oversee food safety, hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Schedule shifts, assign duties, and manage team workload.
• Ensure compliance with local licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, track restaurant financial performance, and work to meet profitability goals.
• Oversee cash handling and financial reporting.
• Analyse sales data and adjust operations to improve profitability.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Work with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies, special events, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement plans accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including customer service and staff management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial management systems.
