Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all HR functions, including recruitment, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, and more. Review and suggest improvements to workflows and procedures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for specific HR duties, both internally and externally.
- Manage and coordinate employee schedules for training, qualification renewals, health checkups, and other related activities.
- Collaborate with external consulting and recruitment agencies for HR-related needs.
- Implement and maintain the integrity of HR system data, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Work closely with superiors and Directors to develop and enhance HR systems and policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing obligations.
- Perform daily HR tasks in the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, well-organized, self-driven, and able to work independently while being a good team player.
