Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT operations and service delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Manage a team of system administrators and provide technical guidance for server management, installations, and upgrades.
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and vendor management to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of critical issues.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, server migrations, and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies, conducting audits and security hardening tasks.
- Act as a key liaison for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Handle enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects, from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Manage Windows and VMware environments, including physical and virtual servers, patch management, and configuration.
- Perform root cause analysis of Sev1/Sev2 issues and implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, and project management.
- Proven expertise in ITIL service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management).
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Servers, VMware, and related infrastructure.
- Experience managing data center operations, server upgrades, and compliance tasks.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing IT teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage complex IT projects.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive IT operational improvements.
Must have:
- Experience working in healthcare industry
- Experience managing both physical and virtual server environments.
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification is required.
