Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft client proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct and manage the entire client onboarding proces; ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, prepare onboarding documents, risks and business profiles and coordinating with internal departments such as compliance.
- Assist the Client Advisors with day-to-day tasks, including follow-up on client queries and ongoing client relationship management.
- Assist in the creation, drafting and review of documents, such as Deeds, Agreements, Letter of Wishes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Help identify potential opportunities for business development and participate in client meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or a related field. Fresh graduates with a law degree may be considered.
- Experience or background in legal or trust services is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write Chinese and communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
