Associate Client Advisor

First Advisory Trust (singapore) Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft client proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct and manage the entire client onboarding proces; ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, prepare onboarding documents, risks and business profiles and coordinating with internal departments such as compliance.
  • Assist the Client Advisors with day-to-day tasks, including follow-up on client queries and ongoing client relationship management.
  • Assist in the creation, drafting and review of documents, such as Deeds, Agreements, Letter of Wishes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Help identify potential opportunities for business development and participate in client meetings as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or a related field. Fresh graduates with a law degree may be considered.
  • Experience or background in legal or trust services is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write Chinese and communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
