JOB SCOPE
1. Providing administrative support to executives and managers: Assisting with special projects and preparing presentations.
2. Data entry and maintaining databases: Inputting and updating information accurately ie daily sales report of the outlets.
3. Preparing reports and documents: Creating and editing documents such as memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
4. Handling office expenses and budgets: Monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
5. Accounts Payables: Assisting in uploading invoices to accounts systems Zero for preparation of payments to vendors/suppliers..
6. Organizing and maintaining office supplies: Ensuring necessary supplies are stocked and managing inventory.
7. Handling confidential information: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with integrity.
8. Basic IT support: Troubleshooting minor technical issues and coordinating with IT support when necessary.
9. General office maintenance: Keeping the office organized and tidy.
10. Special projects: Undertaking additional tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.
11. Carry out any other duties as required by management.
