Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify education programs aligned with market demand.
- Identify suitable overseas higher education institutions, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Oversee the complete implementation of new overseas educational collaborative
Programs in Singapore.
- Explore and secure government grants to support programs.
- Closely track the latest global and local market trends in higher education, identifying new directions for business development.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of global higher education markets and programs
- Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in the higher education sector
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
At all levels
- High proficiency in English (verbal and written) and upper-intermediate Chinese for business communication
- Results-driven, task-oriented, and passionate about achieving goals
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Prior experience in business development, especially in overseas higher education programs, will be an advantage.
