Job Description:
• Partnering with hiring managers during full cycle TA recruitment for contract positions in Singapore.
• Partner with hiring managers in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans for contract positions in Singapore.
• Contract management for renewals and replacements.
• Recruitment and hiring for internship requests; involve in coordination for monthly internship engagement events and internship graduation ceremony.
• Involve in job fairs to attract top talents in the market.
• Support HR general functions such as operations, compensation and benefits, T&OD in different processes.
• Suggest ideas for populating HR data and ease for PowerPoint presentation
• Utilise various recruitment channels, in the most cost-effective ways and determine the most effective sourcing method for the candidate pool and resume screening, including job posting at different channels and send out internal updates for referrals.
• Assist in the design and draft quarterly highlights and updates for the HR Newsletter to SG employees
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in end-to-end recruitment in Engineering, manufacturing, chemical or water industry
