- Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies to enhance security.
- Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for secure resource access.

- Act as Scrum Master, managing project activities using JIRA and driving process improvements.
- Oversee the administration of O365, troubleshooting, and handling global administrator tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication
- Microsoft Azure Certified (AZ-104)
- ITIL v4 Certified
- Extensive experience in handling O365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory environments.
