Office Admin Assistant

Sg Noah's Ark Edu Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of invoices, emails, contacting and booking of hotels and other ad-hoc duties
  • Oversee application process for student pass and employment pass
  • Manage recruitment activities including job posting and preparation of employment letters
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the admin or HR related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients
  • Able to start work in short notice period
  • Singaporean & PR only

Location: MacPherson

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri
