Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of invoices, emails, contacting and booking of hotels and other ad-hoc duties
- Oversee application process for student pass and employment pass
- Manage recruitment activities including job posting and preparation of employment letters
- Schedule and confirm appointments and business meetings
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in the admin or HR related field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients
- Able to start work in short notice period
- Singaporean & PR only

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri
