- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 6 to 8 years’ experience in Management or Finance roles.
- Good knowledge of the relevant policies, regulations and industry service specifications and management standards. Familiar with the work processes of each stage of management as well as quality management system.
- Basic financial management and cost control knowledge.
- Good communication, coordination, organization and overall management skills, adhering to the customer-first and quality service management.
- Have a positive working mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have strong sense of service, good-thinking and essential leadership insights.
