Role: Director – Climate Software (climate subject matter experts)
Primary Role:
• The ideal candidate will be working alongside with climate solution team and GTM leaders and Sales & Account Directors and Technical solution director and product team while interacting the with the customer!
• Remuneration: 150K SGD annual to 240K SGD + Other benefits
• Location: Singapore and HK
Key Responsibilities:
Value Creation & relationship:
• Develop value creation & solution-based problem solving with prospective/current customers. Maintain key customer & market relationships.
• Provide expertise and knowledge sharing in the frameworks of PCAF and GHGP. Optimize customer deployments & success programs.
GHG Inventory -Subject Matter Expertise
• Be the primary subject matter expert for all things related to carbon accounting and GHG inventory strategy.
• Advise organizations on which GHGP categories are material to their business and guide them through the various carbon accounting calculation methodologies that are applicable.
SAAS Platform Technical Leadership:
• Be the solutions expert to include demonstrating platform functionality, explaining carbon accounting and sustainability reporting frameworks, constantly evaluating product functionality for market fit, and advising the customer journey of end-to-end carbon and climate management strategies.
• Foster a growth mindset, continually learning and expanding your understanding of our company’s vision, our customer’s needs, and the ever-evolving market landscape
Requirements:
• Subject matter expertise - At least 4 years or more of sustainability solutions experience in a customer facing consulting or sustainability leadership role; education considered in addition to experience
• SAAS Platform or related experience working software related platform companies or helped such companies to inbuild and support the carbon reduce their Enterprise Carbon Footprint.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to present and explain technical information to various customer stakeholders – To include PCAF, GHGP, carbon accounting, sustainability disclosure and software as a service
