Performance Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager

Campaign Management:

  • Implement a full Digital Marketing Funnel across the Business Units and develop an overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.
  • Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and Achieve the ROAS and CPS targets of each business entity – and continually drive to improve these indicators.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for multiple markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with other Business Units and ensure aligned and effective growth strategies.
  • Assist in the development of effective growth frameworks based on learnings from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and adjust spend across different ad platforms based on the insights.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets for multiple markets.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing expenditures.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other Department Heads to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on performance marketing metrics to Senior Management.
  • Utilize data analytics to analyse campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement, implement strategies and provide recommendations to Senior Management to continuously improve campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide guidance, set clear expectations, and ensure the team's performance aligns with organizational goals.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling performance marketing teams.
  • Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with Senior Management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers.
  • Excellent understanding of paid media channels and the consumer life cycle.
  • Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Being able to see in the bigger picture, but also stay connected to details.
