Staying in East (Tampines/ Pasir Ris)
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase guest spending and drive revenue growth by upselling premium services such as bottle service, VIP packages, and event promotions.
- Attract new customers through social networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Meet KPIs related to guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Assist in promoting and bringing in new customers to the venue.
- Manage reservations and VIP guest lists, ensuring priority seating and exceptional service for high-profile clients.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the venue's premium image, including dress code enforcement and ambiance.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee VIP sections, ensuring top-tier service for premium clients.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events and themed nights.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on guest preferences, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue through social media and other platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to drive customer spending and contribute to revenue growth in a hospitality or nightclub environment is a plus
- Strong sales and networking skills to attract new clients and retain high-spending guests.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Flexible with working hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
