Responsibilities:
- To handle account payable.
- Preparation of journal postings and fixed assets accounting
- Reconcile bank statements and track payments
- Reconcile daily and month-end expense reports for committees
- Project account related tasks, including grants
- Generate the monthly and yearly financial reports from system
- Opportunity to assist in other finance tasks, including account receivables, as at when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
- Familiar with ACCPAC system will be an advantage
- Good knowledge in GST
- Proficient with MS office Excel
- 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous, well-organised and good interpersonal skill with positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice
