Seeking for Network System & Desktop Support Engineer
Direct hire for a 1 year contract with an IT consultant company
Provide Onsite Support to Chinese technology conglomerate company
Salary range: $4000 - $5000
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Onsite support location: CapitaSky (Robinson Rd) & CapitaSpring (Market St)
Requirement:
- Singaporean
- Fluent in both English & Mandarin (need to liaise with Chinese speaking user/associate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of working experience in providing technical network system and desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
- 2+ years of experience working with global IT teams and delivering towards global and local business/IT needs.
- Knowledge of collaborative productivity tools, for example but not limited, instant messaging, collaboration, workspace, knowledge management, issue resolution, ticketing is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of IT compliance and global regulations in data security, cyber security, and privacy is preferred
- Able to work in fast paced working environment
