We are looking for an individual to radiate our Jarrons & Co. story. He/She will play a pivotal role in the development of our brands and products across all major platforms and channels. He/She should be passionate about marketing - be it content or analytics, and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels. The ideal candidate should be creative and proficient in graphic design tools and with a great learning attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and communication materials of products.
- Actively brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas and campaigns to build product and brand awareness
- Formulate effective advertising and promotion strategies to optimise the exposure of brands in the most cost-effective way and ensure they are executed in line with desired standard & direction
- Experienced in building content distribution on social media channels and online platforms. Able to work independently and align with company visions and targets.
- Analyse campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising of the social media campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of offline and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Support administration in marketing activities (such as tradeshows and fairs)
- In charge of creation and coordination of marketing materials and booth designs setup for tradeshows.
- To plan and coordinate in photo shoots and video shoots of new products when required
- Execute virtual events (such as Facebook & Tik Tok Live) and host frequent livestreams to capitalize on social media marketing for brand and product exposure.
- Work with B2B partners on brands collaboration for special events or launches and to monitor and ensure that the marketing campaigns are executed as per the agreed schedule(s).
- Compile comprehensive reports to provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and achievements of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Any other ad-hoc MARCOM tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in applying graphic design knowledge to create collaterals and digital marketing campaigns. Experience in the MICE industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of Premier Pro or other media editing software would be an advantage.
- Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Working knowledge in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics for effective campaign management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Analytics (GA4). A basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Familiar with social media platforms (including XiaoHongShu).
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
