Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on HR legislation and ensure the employee handbook and HR policies are current
- Provide advice on HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processes and income tax filings
- Manage government grants for maternity leave and national service
- Submit MOM and regulator manpower surveys
- Act as the Risk Champion for HR-related risk issues
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Coordinate international mobility transfers
- Respond to audit questions during audits
- Work with medical providers and insurers for staff medical benefits and renewals
- Participate in salary surveys and contribute to the budgeting process
- Coordinate wellbeing and training events with external providers
- Administer benefits and staff recognition programs
- Prepare Town Hall slides and handle internal HR communications
