Location: Boon Lay Way
Duration: 6 months contractor
Responsibilities:
- Review order for pricing accuracy, using different country and product pricing policies.
- Schedule and coordinate material requirements from vendors to meet customer requested ship dates.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders (to arrange ocean and air shipping)
- Verify and send to end customer all documentation regarding international trade processes.
- Maintains virtual order files complete and updated, maintains other area documentation (virtual and physical) properly stored and organized.
- Perform other general logistic support functions as required for parts business
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 + years of experience with International Export processes.
- Experience with Spare parts fulfilment process
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP is a plus
