Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE (formerly Dynamics 365 CRM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and ensure the smooth delivery of tailored solutions that drive customer engagement, optimize operations, and enhance business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Development:Design, configure, and customize Dynamics CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
    Develop plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to extend platform capabilities.
    Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CE with other systems and applications using APIs and connectors (Power Platform, Azure services).
  • Client Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    Conduct workshops and requirement analysis sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Implementation & Deployment:Perform end-to-end implementation of Dynamics CE, ensuring successful system integration and smooth go-live.
    Configure security roles, business rules, entities, and dashboards tailored to business processes.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting:Perform SIT/UAT testing and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure quality delivery.
    Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to ensure system stability and user adoption.
  • Documentation & Training:Create technical documentation, including solution design documents and user manuals.
    Provide training to end users and support teams to enable effective use of the Dynamics CE platform.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE / Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics CE using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
    Experience with Azure integration, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.
    Strong knowledge of SQL Server, data modeling, and relational databases.
    Familiarity with CRM workflows, business process flows, and plugins.
    Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integration methods.
  • Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
    Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
