Job Description
Import Support Admin (Part Time)
- To assist in daily support / operations.
- To sort import airfreight documents for finance and e-invoicing.
- To prepare e-invoice listing.
- To create jobs and invoice from systems.
- To assist in generating reports.
- Any other ad-hoc admin paperwork assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Minimum O 'Level and above.
- 5 hours work time, 5 days work week (Mon - Fri) Hourly rate at $10 per hour
- Require basic airfreight knowledge preferable.
- Must be knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Ensure punctuality and good attendance.
- To work together as a team.
