Senior Test Engineer
Location: Tampines Industrial
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to perform test activities for Server & Rack products
- Implement and maintain test processes (PXE Server, run-in, burn-in, power test)
- Liaise with customers, HQ, and factory on test program implementation
- Test, analyze, and improve product failures
- Participate in Kaizen activities and update test program master list
- Prepare and update Working Instructions and provide training
- Support NPI Process, production, and ISO activities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment
- Hands-on person with SAP and Linux knowledge
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and understand test methods and concepts
- Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
