We are seeking an experienced Vice President, HRIS to join our HR team. The VP, HRIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for HRIS-related issues. This role will also collaborate with various HR functions to streamline processes and leverage the HRIS system to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent analytical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR team members, comprising of Subject Matter Experts or country HR, to identify and implement process improvements using the HRIS system.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and security.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related system or process issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials to HR staff on HRIS system usage.
- Generate reports and analytics using the HRIS system to support HR decision-making and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on HRIS system updates and new functionalities and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
- Assist with HRIS system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Full life cycle Project Management experience is required (any HR modules)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong domain knowledge on Performance Management, Compensation Planning and Employee Central, is preferred.
