Project Management Executive
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic programs with upper management
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements
- Track project progress, update management, and manage risks
- Manage organization's operation costs against project budget and expenses
- Partner with customers, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts
- Recognize and measure risks throughout the project lifetime
- Monitor program and project performance of internal and external service providers
- Handle escalations professionally with vendors and customers
- Perform scalability, interoperability, and portability analysis
- Create comprehensive project documentation
- Manage large and diverse teams
- Present data and updates to Senior Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent (desirable)
- 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in overseeing projects from scratch
- Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders
