Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or CRM modules.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the PeopleSoft environment.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and security management.
  • Manage PeopleSoft security roles and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PeopleSoft administration (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, and SQR.
  • Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
