Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or CRM modules.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the PeopleSoft environment.
- Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and security management.
- Manage PeopleSoft security roles and permissions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PeopleSoft administration (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, and SQR.
- Experience with database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
