Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Job Summary:
- Prepare cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs for MEP projects
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and monitoring cost variations
- Assist in tendering and procurement, administer contracts, and identify opportunities for value engineering
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate cost reports
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a team, independently, with attention to detail and adaptability
