HR/Corp Communications Manager
Our client is a leading environmental solutions firm with strong expertise in EPCC, O&M and design & build. In line with their growth and expansion, they’re now looking for a HR/Corp Comms Manager to join their dynamic organization during an exciting time in their development.
Job Responsibilities
- Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will:
- Manage all aspects of the HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, training & development, performance management and work pass matters etc.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
- Implement employee retention and engagement programs
- Be in charge of managing work pass matters, MOM surveys, government grants and support schemes
- Support employee relations and provide clarifications regarding all hr and policy matters
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Develop Corporate Communication strategies through various social media platforms and the company website.
- Initiate content creation for all publicity materials and collaborate actively with our internal communications teams.
- Consistently ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Candidates experienced in the industrial/fabrication/construction industry are highly desirable
