Core Duties & Responsibilities
- To lead, generate & engage with new clients to build new businesses
- To manage both existing clients and develop new business opportunities
- Take lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the requirements
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
Skills, Experience Competencies Required
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a commercial office interior design firm, or equivalent
- Possess pro-activeness, creativity and have entrepreneurial skills
- Possess strong communication skills, able to think critically when making plans
- To be motivated, energetic and have a business development mind-set to lead
