JOB DESCRIPTION

  • PROVIDE SALES ADMINISTRATION AND SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT.
  • PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND SECRETARIAL DUTIES.
  • ASSIST THE SALES DEPARTMENT IN ENTERING CUSTOMER'S ENQUIRIES.
  • FILLING OF INVOICE, FAXES, CORRESPONDENCES AND QUOTATION.
  • DISTRIBUTE IN-COMNING FAXES TO RESPECTIVE SALES PERSONNEL.
  • ARRANGE FOR COURIER COMPANY FOR COLLECTING DOCUMENTS / PARCELS.
  • PREPARING OF SHIPPING DOCUMENT.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MINIMUM N LEVEL / GCE"O" LEVEL / DIPLOMA
  • COMPUTER LITERATE (MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS POWERPOINT, MS WORD)
  • STRONG INTERPERSONAL, GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS.
  • MATURE, WELL-ORGANIZED AND ABLE WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
  • APPLICATIONS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN JOO KOON CIRCLE.
  • 5 DAYS WORK (MONDAY TO FRIDAY:8:00AM TO 5:30PM)
  • NO WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND TRAINING WILL PROVIDED.
  • EXPERIENCE SALES EXECUTIVE ARE ALSO WELCOME TO BE APPLY.
