Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with a strong understanding of architectural principles to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning to final handover.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
Review architectural drawings and ensure construction teams understand design intent and technical details.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Budgeting and Cost Management:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and labor.
Monitor expenses and address any cost overruns or budget discrepancies.
Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate tracking of project expenditures.
- Site Management:Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure that work aligns with design and quality standards.
Ensure that all construction work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and architectural plans.
Resolve any issues related to design conflicts, delays, or material shortages.
- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, design team, and construction crew.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project milestones, potential risks, and progress.
Facilitate communication between architects and contractors to address design changes or clarifications.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that all construction work meets architectural, safety, and quality standards.
