Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs for designated business units and individual training plan.
- Review employee development and oversee learning activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of learning database, budget expenditure and learning grants or absentee payroll.
- Liaise with external learning providers to ensure that programs are designed and implemented as planned.
- Provide payroll processing support when needed.
- Partnering line managers to conduct interviews and assessments.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including spoken and written English).
- Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance management and employment laws.
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Variable bonus (average 2-3 months)
