Job Description

Designing Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote Fischer Bell’s products and services.

Creating Compelling Content: Develop marketing contents for multiple marketing channels, including social media, emails, and Fischer Bell’s website.

Media Creation: Assist in creating media contents, conducting tasks such as video filming, video editing and photography

Website Management: Tracking of product inventory level and manage online product listings.

Conducting Market Research: Opportunity to conduct comprehensive market research to identify current emerging trends and demands.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse marketing data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose new ideas with improvements.

Industry Exposure: Gain exposure and knowledge on safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry and attend various tradeshows for networking and learning opportunities.

Job Requirements

Marketing Skills

Branding: Understand basic branding concepts and brand building skills such as resonance and association.

Pricing Strategies: Familiarity with various pricing strategies, including price skimming and segmentation.

Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Understand how to develop marketing strategies that would reach target audience across different marketing channels while ensuring the consistency of brand elements.

Promotions: Understand the fundamentals of designing attractive promotional initiative to drive product awareness and sales.

Digital Marketing: Understanding of basic online marketing techniques such as Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Email Marketing: Ability to design marketing emails that effectively engages and reaches target audience. Build relationship with clients, drive conversions and generate leads

Social Media:

Account Management: Ability to oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent content generation and user engagement.

Creative Content: Generate innovative and engaging contents that align with company’s marketing strategy.

Proficient in Graphic Designing Tools including but not limited to Canva and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides

Data Analytics Skills

Basic understanding of data analysis and visualisation creation with tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI.

Website Management

Basic understanding of user interface and user experience principles (UI and UX Design).

Soft Skills

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with critical thinking to identify gaps and propose innovative and effective solutions.

Ability to Work Both Independently and In a Team: Work independently while also being a proactive and contributing team member.

Effective Communication: Be outspoken, proactive and confident in asking questions, presenting ideas and feedback within the team.

Adaptability: Able to adapt fast to new environment and thrive in a dynamic work setting by shifting priorities, maintain emotion stability and productivity under pressure.

Strong Learning Mentality: Equipped with willingness to learn, perseveres through difficult situations, and confronts challenges.

Time Management and Project Planning: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that campaigns are properly managed and executed while meeting deadlines.

Past experience working in industry related to marketing and/or safety industry is not mandantory but is a plus.
